Is it possible to tell if someone has scouted you? And if so how?

@Gavalar: Sending scouts is the same as sending an attack, so when someone sends scouts to you, they are, in essence, attacking you. As such, you will receive notification of an incoming attack per usual. After the scouts arrive at your city and return, you will receive a PM post-action report (similar to the kind that you receive after your own attack hits a barbarian city), and this report will tell you how many scouts were sent against you, where they came from and who sent them.
