Spy detection

If I send a single spy to a land, did the attacked player detect it ? Or there's a special upgrade witch protect from spy's?

Sending scouts counts an as an attack, thus they will be informed.

I'm not sure about the instaspy item though.

Instant spy still shows on the attack players report.

When you instant spy it won't show the other player you did so.

I beg to differ. DanielJ himself said that any scout attack including instant spy will show on the targets report.
