Forum deleted after the update went live

Ok so right as the update came out our whole well organized extensive guild forum was erased. I thought that it may still be here but since I had not finished downloading the update that it was not showing. Not the case, even after the update... Still no forum. Has this happened to othe guilds pls inform.

I put in a support ticket.

Also we contacted other guilds and not all but some of them had the same issues. Hope they submit a ticket also.

I refused the update . What is it for? Is it working right? If its the case, how do I update my soft again?
