Valor, unfortunately, is currently designed to get more tedious the larger you get.

Im not pulling this quote out because i agree with the statement but i believe that it sums up your very well thought out argument.
Posts like this are the ones that gets changes implemented.

I know that tending to a large amount of cities can be tedious.

Few suggestions I have seen and are being talked about include ability to raze a city, worlds with city caps, and a few others.

a city cap is probably not a good idea. yes it might make it easier to manage but when the time comes that one reaches the cap it'll be like the end of the game; for starters you won't be buying scholarships because you cannot conquer anymore, you won't be building an army because now I'm assuming that you've reached your population limit also, you'll just be sitting staring at three red numbers that read 500,000.
all that you can do is send resources to guild members or send army support to other players city. if the support is attacked, get more troops and send support again. that is not fun. at all.

I think the warehouse capacity is Good but the Farm size should be bigger like 35K to have more Troops the other Things are ok
