A quick question , what amount of each unit is preferable for first city city hall is 23 , resources at 21 , also should I leave units in city while I am asleep or send them out farming long distances

It's important to have defensive troops in every city that you have. A good practice is to have at least 4k lancers and sentries in your first city, cause there will be those that will try and conquer you early in the game. As for the second question, its your choice, I would suggest that if you want to farm, don't send them out too far at night, try to keep them within a few hours.
