All my troops missing after upgrade

I just upgraded, and after the upgrade ALL of my troops disappeared except a couple of my scouts. This includes ALL of the troops i was in the process of recruiting. I have restarted many times and they have not returned. Now I have no troops and few remaining resources, I cant even rebuild! I have also checked for attack reports, but have none that would explain this sudden disappearance of my troops. Where did they go, and how do I get them back?

I have searched the forums and can't find anything that helps with this, does anyone have any info?

Okay, I don't know what fixed the problem, but I ended up reloading the game twice, rebooting the iPad a few times, and suddenly I had my troops back. As fun as this game is, it is really flakey and bug ridden! I hope it stabilizes soon...

It is falling apart a little, isn't it? It feels a little pre-apocalyptic. As many servers as Valor may have, it's starting to not be able to keep up.
