How to get gold without paying real money?

I have no gold and need to buy resources but i donk know how to get it?

Gold is a purchase only commodity.
You cannot get it via any other means.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon

Actually a couple months ago (or so it seems) the Valor servers were down for 24 hours or so and they rewarded all players with 25g for the inconvenience. However that has happened only the one time to my knowledge... I believe they were down for maintenance of some sort? I can't exactly recall.

We are tossing around some ideas also about ways players could earn some gold just by playing. If you have any suggestions please be sure to let us know!

1) put small amount of gold on the wheel
2) gold for reaching certain point marks/ guild point marks( if you are a certain rank)
3) small amount for a certain number of cities
