We don't currently have a way to search for other players. If you happen to know what world they are in (and you happen to be in that same world) then you can send them a message in game.

Or you can post a thread in the guildforum (if you are in a guild), and make a link to that player, if its got blue and linked, he or she is in that world. Then u can click on them and got up the info. How i use to do. And we really need a way to search for players and guilds with both names and tags!
