Name change problem

I bought the name change and the change was successful for 2 of the 3 world in which I play. However, in world 31, the old name is displayed on the portal page and all guild messages uses my old name. However, on the map page, my city has the new name. This confuses my guild mates. This also is very annoying.

I sent multiple emails to the contact us link but have yet to receive even one response. Please help me resolve this problem.

My old name was LordRedStone. The new name is Antiope. Thanks for any help.

Wait 24 h if it doesn't change, submit a request.

It was 3days ago that I made the name change. I sent messages to the "contact us" link and no one has responded yet. Where else should I send the request?

For this type of request you should use the in game support link.
Go to the portal tab and click the help button( ? In the top right)
Then click support and on the bottom right will be a mail icon.
Don't forget to give all the important details like player name, region and coordinates.
