Abandoned guilds

Our guild has been abandoned by our warlords. How can we crown other members so we can take care of guild business?

You can't. Just start a new guild and have your members leave the current guild and have them join you. I would suggest if you have valuable info in your forum copy them and post it in your new guild forum.
