How so you capture anxityborbis there eventually a quest that tells you?

It is supposed to be how to capture a city and is there eventually a quest to do so? Stupid auto-correct!

Don't think they have one yet. But it easy, all it takes is to send 4-5 waves of Scholars to take a city. Just to make sure to send troops with the scholar or you going to loose your scholar.

Or better, clear it of troops entirely before you send scholars. (and maybe destroy wall).

I'm new to this, obviously, but where do scholars come from. I can't find reference to them anywhere.

From Academy, which must be built first.
