Queue problems?

Okay, so a while ago when I first started I had spent 50 gold on buying the increase queue from 2 to 5. However, when I went to build stuff, I know longer had it. Was it a temparory item?

It lasts for 7 days the moment you activate it. If its gone the before you activated it for 1 week contact the PlayMeshchelpdesk.
