World 65 crashing

Is it me, or is there an issue with W65?

Bad enough I can't read the guild forums from a Kindle Fire, but now I can't access my busiest area. I tried clearing the cache. Can I safely uninstall and reinstall without losing everything?

Yes you can. All of your city information is located on the server.
