Unable To Build on W72

Getting an "oof" error message whenever I try to level up a building.

Not happening on any other worlds, at time of writing.

I show you have two buildings currently upgrading right now, well if your Valor name is the same as your forum name.

Are you still having an issue with upgrading buildings?
