Settings

On the in game settings i only have the options for music, sound and email however my friend has tonnes of options and his map of the world has much better quality, im using a samsung galaxy s3, can anyone help ?

Sounds like you are using the Android Valor and they have the iOS one.

There are some differences between the two right now.

The Android team is working hard to add features to that version.

Also, i dont have the option for help on the gear logo in portal buddie

The Android team is always working on some upgrades that version. I would suggest checking the app store for it every week or so for one.
