Notification

I cant recive the notification of incamming attaks ( the push is active) . What to do!?

I have this problem also. I only get the 'old notifications' (construction complete, warehouse full, protection ending) but none of the new ones (new message, guild invite, incoming attack). I've fiddled with the settings in and out of game, reinstalled the app, etc, to no effect. Support couldn't (wouldn't) help either, just suggested doing things I had already done.

Those particular types of push notifications have not worked for some time now.

It is something that is being looked into to get those back up and running.

If you are using an Apple device, first double-check and make sure you are running IOS Version 5.1.1.

Then close Valor (remove from the App multitasking task).

Delete Valor.

Power OFF your Apple device and wait five (5) minutes. Power ON. Go to the App store and re-install Valor. If you have an Apple device with 64Gb of RAM, install the HD version of Valor. The HD version of Valor will run on a device with 32Gb of RAM, but you must close all non-essential apps. The HD version is very slow on devices with only 16Gb of RAM. I recommend you use only the basic version of Valor.
