I'm having problems sending resources to other players. I keep getting the error that the 14 day limit applies, yet guild members are able to send me supplies and do not get this message.

I too can not send resources. I can trade but not send. Any help will be appreciated.

it depends on how long ago you started each of those worlds. once you join the world you must wait 14 days before you can send resources without trading
if you restarted then the 14 days is also reset to 0
