Support Ideas

Here's a thought about support. A lot of the worlds are very similar, some maybe even identical. How about a few more options you could change between worlds on things that could be very different. A couple options regarding support:

Unfriendly Support - ability to send support to any city, only the receiving city would know who it was from, would allow for guild back stabbing. Of course people could be found out if their support was already on the way and the city gets conquered. Also allow you to send support after your scholars to secure a city.

Ability to send support to any city, but it only stays if its a guild mates - if it arrives at a city that under the current system you can't support, the troops just turn around and go home and you get a report that says something about your troop commander being puzzled about your commands to support an unfriendly city.

Ability instead of attack/support, just make it 'send troops'. Makes it impossible for friendly fire on double capped cities, if your army reaches a guild city it just supports. If it reaches an unfriendly city, it attacks. This would allow you to send troops to support cities you are losing but if they are too slow, they attack, maybe even reconquer. It would probably result in a lot of tug-of-wars on cities but it would be a different strategy.

Ability to give troops (up to population limit on receiving city). Could be a matter of quickly getting armies rebuilt to the front lines. Could be helping a besieged mate. Whatever the case, don't allow a city to have more then its farm can support (this is established when sending the troops not receiving, so you can't send a bunch of extra). This would also make it worthwhile to ballista farms in a war, so cities don't quickly rearm.

Like I mentioned at the beginning, these should not change the current world balance, only going forward as different possible options in new one!
