It helps people or your own buliding with the troops you send.

Example: You send 1000 of guardians to your own city, then you support it and that means that the troops are in that city( helping that city out)
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:
